SnapTaxiBot is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Marvel Snap, Second Dinner, Marvel, Disney, Twitch, OBS, or Spotify. All trademarks, game content, logos, and brand names belong to their respective owners.

Use Of The Service

Creators are responsible for how they use SnapTaxiBot, including chat commands, overlays, giveaways, polls, predictions, links, and custom commands. Use must comply with Twitch rules, applicable platform policies, and local laws.

Giveaway Responsibility

Giveaways are creator-run unless explicitly stated otherwise. SnapTaxiBot may help facilitate entries, selection, winner display, and overlays, but creators remain responsible for official rules, eligibility requirements, prize descriptions, odds or entry disclosures, winner contact, fulfillment, taxes, local laws, and platform policies. Creators should not run giveaways where prohibited and should make any required sponsor or prize disclosures clearly on stream.

These Terms are practical launch terms for an independent creator tool and are not a substitute for legal advice. If SnapTaxiBot is used for paid promotions, subscriptions, sponsored giveaways, large prizes, or broader commercial campaigns, ItsGuest LLC may update these terms and recommends appropriate legal review.

Availability

SnapTaxiBot features may change, pause, fail, or become unavailable. Access may be limited or revoked for abuse, spam, fraud, unsafe behavior, platform-policy violations, or misuse of creator tools.
